Comes with free minibar. Staffs were helpful. Location is great, next to Resort World Sentosa
Very small room. No privacy with the bathroom and toilet - not for couple with children.
The noisy room, room 830 a lot of noise from traffic and in the hall way
proximity to freeway noise from freeway lack of hot water for showering small rooms room service tray presentation very poor [extensive use of plastic food wrap] very expensive very busy intersection to cross altho adequate pedestrian crossings provided
It was the amongst the cheaper hotel rates that I could find during this peak period. It was also quite well located, near Vivocity, although I thought that it was on the same side as that of the mall. Unfortunately it was not. Otherwise, its location would have been ideal. The rate which I booked at also entitled me to a complimentary mini bar.
The room was too small and I took a Queen Deluxe room too. I cannot imagine what the size of a standard room is like! The service was very slow though. I asked for more towels and more water but it seems to take ages for them to send this up. At one stage, they had no more bottled water left as they cited a full house. I think that this should not happen as there should be enough stocks of water. After all, it is not expensive to keep additional stocks.
The only positive thing about this hotel is it location: near Sentosa and opposite to the shopping mall.
The room was too small, really dirty and the staff was unprofessional. I don't know who gave them 4 star and for what, as for me, it is 2-3 star hotel.
the view that I had was excellent.. 10th floor facing sentosa view
the rooms are too small
The complimentary snacks - Lays and water. The big comfy bed, pillows and blanket. The complimentary wi-fi service.
On our first day, was told that there is a shower room we can use to freshen up prior to our departure at night. However, when the last day of our stay arrived, the reception says there is no such service - only bathroom is available.
The hotel is situated near Harbor and shopping center that is convenient. The subway station is just near around.
Overall, the worst value-for-money hotel we’ve experienced. The hotel corresponds to 2-3 (economic) star hotel, meanwhile the price is for 4 stars’ hotel. The room was too small. The cleaning wasn’t proper, for example, when just arrived we found the hairs on the bed linen. The resto and even just to take a coffee was too expensive. Overall the hotel leaves some kind of dark impression.
Very close and easy pedestrian access to Sentosa Island transport. We really enjoyed our stay and would have stayed longer if we had sufficient time. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft. Also the staff were very good, as we arrived feeling not well after a time in India, and they graciously allowed us to check-in early and even upgraded us.
No information in hotel room about hotel services, eg pool, laundry service, etc. Also, we had a malfunctioning aircon system, and experienced a somewhat hot sleepless night prior to early morning departure for airport
Design of the room is compact.
Room is a bit small for family with young children. Toilet has no place to hang the dry clothes, must open the sliding door to take. Not very convenient.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After check-in I found the room dirty and the floor covered in hairs. I complained but ended up picking up the hairs myself. When room was serviced the following day again floor was covered in hairs so I'm guessing the maid was moulting. Room was smaleest I've seen. To get into bed you had to climb over it as the gap at one side was only 75mm and at the other side you had to climb over furniture to get to side of bed. In an emergency situation, if aroused from a deep sleep, negotiating furniture to make an escape could be dangerous.
To much noise from the traffic outside, its a highway outside.
Close proximity to VivoCity mall. And a short walk to HarborFront MRT station.
My room was too small, hardly any space to place my suitcases, and storage space is abysymal.
The room was tiny. The washroom was small and uncomfortable. Wash basin inside the room area and making the area very messy and untidy. Check in staff did not know how to perform his duties. Insisted that I show prove that I have paid for the rooms in spite of showing him the confirmation from credit card company confirming the payment.
Free minibar. Free wifi.
Room is way too small. Quality is more of a budget to mostly 3 stars hotel. Relatively expensive. Value is too expensive relative to price. Breakfast is very bad for the standard of a four star hotel. Noisy. Not a good location unless patrons are taking the mrt. Taxi is expensive as the hotel is not in a central location. This makes going to airport or custom to Malaysia very far. Swimming pool is too small. Water pressure to hotel room is poor. Bathroom is too small and only suitable for couple as there is very minimal privacy.
